La Costa RV Park accommodates 115 RVs year-round.

RV Site Rental

RV monthly rent starts at $800/month including water, sewer and electricity.

We have several Premium RV lots that are priced on a tiered basis. Please give us a call for pricing if you are interested in a Premium lot.

The RV sites at La Costa were originally mobile home lots, so each site offers plenty of room and can accommodate any size RV. Each site has 30 and 50 amp hookups, as well as water and sewer connections. In addition, each site has a 2 vehicle concrete parking pad.

We have a Laundry Room with 5 washers and dryers available at $1.75 per load.

All occupants must pass a Criminal Background Check

No felonies in the past 10 years
No history of theft

Directions to the RV part of the Park:

From the La Costa Office (985 Cottonwood Lane, Hampton, GA 30228) head East down Bel Air Blvd towards E Lovejoy Rd. Take a right at the stop sign onto E Lovejoy Rd. Take your first left onto Gulfport Drive. Continue going Forward on Gulfport Dr., paying attention to the Blue and White RV signs that will guide you around the lake. Continue going Forward, following the RV signs that will take you to your site.
