Mobile Home Park in South Atlanta

At La Costa, we are a mobile home lot rental community. This means we only rent the land to people who own their home. We sell new and used homes throughout the park. In addition, we have several vacant lots available to people who are interested in moving into our community.

New homes are 16′ wide and 72′ long and made by Giles Homes. Financing is available through 21st Mortgage. You can purchase a new home for as long as 5% down. Apply today!

Mobile Home Lot Rental

All tenants must pass a background and credit check.

• No evictions in the past 5 years
• No felonies in the past 10 years
• No history of theft
• Must make at least 3 times the monthly lot rent.

Amenities include swimming pool, fishing pond, and community events every month.
